「凍頂烏龍茶」為早期台灣茶之代表性產品，台灣茶因它而名揚四海。傳統的「凍頂烏龍茶」是重發酵、重焙火的，而為了讓喜歡清香型茶的茶客也能夠領略到「凍頂烏龍茶」的風味，本茶是我們特別製作的較低發酵和焙火程度的清香型版本。
