近幾年來，正心茶坊的評茶師致遠、茶藝師寧靜，已在美國馬薩諸塞州多個城市的幾十個公共圖書館及公司舉辦過中國茶文化的講座與茶藝表演，通過講解中國茶的歷史及文化，展示令人賞心悅目的茶藝，及讓觀眾現場品嚐不同類型和口味的純正中國茶，使觀眾親身感受到中國傳統文化的特色與魅力。

2017年，正心茶坊將經過評茶師精心挑選的正宗、優質台灣高山茶引入北美，茶友們再也不用擔心找不到令人放心滿意的茶葉。

Righteous Tea adheres to traditional values and aims to inherit and promote the Chinese traditional tea culture.

In recent years, Benjamin and Lina has held lectures and tea performances of Chinese tea culture in dozens of public libraries and companies in some cities in Massachusetts, USA, and sharing truly traditional Chinese tea, let the audience feel the characteristics and charm of Chinese traditional culture.

In 2017, Righteous Tea introduce authentic and high-quality Taiwan high-mountain tea carefully selected by the Tea Appraiser into North America, and tea lovers will no longer have to worry about cannot finding a satisfying tea.

正心茶坊選茶的三大特點

正心茶坊的評茶師選茶堅持三個原則：

一、只選擇在台灣種植的真正的台灣茶。

        目前市場上“台灣茶”的銷量已經遠超台灣本地茶的產量，很多商家都是收購中國、越南、泰國等地種植的茶青，以台灣茶的工藝加工，其產品都當作台灣茶在賣。正心茶坊決不選擇這種“台灣茶”。

二、只選擇物有所值的優良品種，寧缺勿濫。

        茶葉的品種很多，但不是每一個品種都好喝；有的品種名氣很大，但市面上見不到令人滿意的正宗貨；有的品種被炒作的價格高的離譜，嚴重超過價值。正心茶坊寧可放棄這些品種，堅持“少而精”。

三、只選擇每個品種當中的最高等級茶。

        同一個品種的茶葉，質量和價格可能天差地別，根本原因就在於等級不同。很多人只談品種而不提等級。實際上，再有名的品種，如果等級較低，都不會好喝。

        正心茶坊只選擇最高等級的茶，因為只有這樣，才能充分體現該品種的“原味”，即每種茶應有的正確、正宗的味道。

——因為以上幾點原因，正心茶坊的茶都是正宗、優質、超值的，您品嚐到的每一種茶，其品質都將超過市面上大多数的同類產品。

Three characteristics of tea selection in Righteous Tea

The Tea Appraiser of Righteous Tea insists on three principles:

First, only choose the real Taiwanese tea grown in Taiwan.

        At present, the sales of “Taiwanese tea” on the market far exceeds the production of local tea in Taiwan. Many merchants are buying tea from China, Vietnam, Thailand and other places. They are processed in Taiwanese tea, and their products are treated and sold as Taiwanese tea. Righteous Tea never chooses this "Taiwanese tea."

Second, only choose the excellent variety of value for money.

        There are many varieties of tea, but not every variety is good; some varieties are famous, but there are no satisfactory authentic goods on the market; some varieties are speculative high and outrageously high, exceeding the value. Righteous Tea would rather give up these varieties and insist on “less and fine”.

Third, only select the highest grade tea among each variety.

        The quality and price of the same variety of tea may vary greatly, and the root cause is the difference in grade. Many people only talk about breeds without mentioning grade. In fact, the more famous varieties, if the grade is lower, will not taste good.

        Righteous Tea only chooses the highest grade of tea, because only in this way can fully reflect the "original taste" of the variety, that is, the correct and authentic taste of each tea.

致遠（Benjamin）：

“正心茶坊” 評茶師，20世紀90年代開始接觸和學習中国茶文化，2005年獲得國家中級評茶員資格證書，對中國茶及中國傳統茶文化有較深的了解和獨到的見解。

寧靜（Lina）： 

“正心茶坊” 茶藝師，2001年開始從事茶藝工作，2005年獲得國家中級茶藝師資格證書，其茶藝嫻熟，風格傳統。
